Sandra has over 28 years of experience as a Registered therapist, she offers hot stone massage in every session, deep tissue massage upon request, body alignment through stretch and strength routine built specifically for your body, neuromuscular therapy to get rid of those chronic and annoying places on the body to allow for balance, and Cranio Sacral therapy to help achieve peace of mind/body/spirit. All these therapies will help you achieve optimal wellness. Sandra is passionate about helping her clients listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone.
